Refund Policy
We at goolinkx hope you love your selections as much as we loved designing and acquiring them. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund for most of our merchandise within 60 days from receipt of product. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage. Proof of purchase is required for a refund. We cannot refund nor accept returns on gift cards. Last Chance items are final sale, no returns.*
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received and be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require your original order number as proof of purchase. We may ask you for a photo of the damage or the defective part. Please email us service@goolinkx.com with detailed information so we may begin the returns process.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the return status. If approved, we’ll process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain time frame, usually 30 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after 30 business days, first re-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@goolinkx.com with all pertinent information.
Exchanges:
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@goolinkx.com
Initiating a return claim:
1- You can initiate the return process by logging into your account and selecting the order that contains the item you wish to return. You will be asked to describe the reason and to submit a photo in email.
2 - Await instructions from our customer service team regarding whether your return requires a shipping label.
Unless your item is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for shipping costs incurred to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping:

Unless your item is damaged or defective, you will be responsible shipping costs incurred to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose to ship back on your own and you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You would still need prior approval for return.
